AGGREGATES STORAGE 

· Storage bin in 4 compartments, in line, mounted on the plant module, with dismountable panels offering a volume of 22 m³ for each compartment, making a total of 88 m³.

MAIN FRAME 

The main frame is made of commercial I and U sections and welded metallic plates. This frame is made as a single piece, which supports the aggregates bins, the weighing conveyor belt and the front platform with the mixer.

Allows the concrete to be discharged at an height of 4 meters and is assembled with lateral platforms, accessing stairs, coupling axle, stabilization supports and all the necessary accessories for the plant operation. 
 

CEMENT WEIGHING HOPPER 

·   Capacity 900 l /1200 kg.

· Steel plate construction

· Discharge by 2 butterfly gates of 250 mm with electrical pneumatic operation

· The mechanical welded construction is done with 2 slope exits which allow the cement to flow

· Equipped with a pneumatic vibrator

· All the connections screw - hopper and hopper - mixer are done with small flexible sleeves in rubber

WATER WEIGHING HOPPER 

·   Capacity 600 liters.

· Discharge by a butterfly gate of Ø 150 mm with electrical pneumatic operation

· The connection hopper mixer is made by a small flexible rubber sleeve 

WATER FEEDING 

· Guaranteed by a distribution circuit integrated on the main frame.

· The superior part is made by a rigid pipe equipped by a feeding electrical valve of 2'' and a manual valve of ¾'' for the mixer d surround washing. 

DOUBLE SHAFT MIXER TYPE MDE 3000/2000 

·   Capacity of vibrated concrete: 2m³ for each cycle

· Aggregates maximum size of 120 mm (maximum 10%)

·   Mixer with double horizontal shaft.

· The mixing is done by the two horizontal shafts who rotate in counter current

· Walls with wear tiles made of casting steel offering 610 HB

CONTROL EQUIPMENT - SIEMENS EURO21 

Control equipment model EURO21 based on an Industrial PC and modular PLC from Siemens S7-300 series with upgrade possibilities. Communication between the PLC and the PC made by Profibus/MPI protocol. The software package includes: weighing and batching software for PLC and PC, specially designed for concrete plants and working in WINDOWS (NT/2000/XP). The software allows: access levels controlled by password; production and consumption reports that you can visualize and print; production according to previous planning, Plant diagram/synoptic and equipment manual control done on the PC itself. The equipment is capable of setting up all plant components up to 32 inputs and 48 outputs, either for batching and mixing. Management capacity of 12 aggregates/sands, 6 cements, 2 waters and 8 admixtures/additives. Control up to 5 scales in real time, as follows: 2 aggregates scales, 1 cement scale, 1 water scale and 1 admixture scale. Process control by SCADA screens. Free set up of delivery notes. Inventories control either in automatic and manual process. Data files for: recipes, trucks, drivers, sites and customers. Moisture/humidity control by manual value input. Wide programming potential.

Warnings on screen. Machines preventive maintenance program. Database files export in several different formats. Remote access by modem allowed.

Hardware included: Siemens PLC; industrial PC with minimal characteristics Pentium IV processor 2,4 GHz, 256 MB of RAM memory, 80 GB of Hard Disk memory; LCD-TFT monitor; 80 columns needle printer; UPS.

Note: It does not include the scales, indicators and load cells.
